I don’t get why people are so adamant about putting their name on their writings and quotes. Not only that, but making it clear that they don’t want people to post things without their names. I’m not saying I have a problem with this, go you! You’re awesome! But I don’t view my creations as meant for me, they are meant for everyone else. I don’t need credit, and if I’m due for it then it will come to me in its own way. Likewise, if someone decides to take credit for my work, then that is their own burden to carry. So long as I get my message across then that is all that matters. From my point of view, we really need to stop caring so much about individual ownership, individual labels, trademarks, and copyrights, and start caring more for the collective and our universal soul. That is who we are. Not some simple ego that won’t even live to see our full impact.
