Tia Wants to Lose Weight & I Have It Under Control I Promise ♥ Week #3

Another week gone. I don’t know if it’s going better or what but I feel like I’m starting to put up better with not eating (my current state would prove otherwise, I’m fucking starving right now but generally speaking) but I get less hungry these days. It helps to eat something for breakfast and I also picked up the habit of like eating one thing really slowly, like today (friday) I took two hours to eat my garden fruits yoghurt which proved to be real useful.

I’m pointing out that it was a garden fruits yoghurt because it tasted like utter ballsacks and I don’t know why. Garden fruits are betraying me, peach, of all fruits, is betraying me, I just don’t know who to trust anymore.

Anyway, I’m writing this before measuring myself so I’ll add what I said in a previous post, that I’m trying not to get my hopes up about losing too much weight this week since I’m on my period but secretly I’m still hoping ;_; I still haven’t found an alternative to water. I’m trying this Fuze tea but 1) it’s expensive and 2) I’m not crazy about the taste but I’m soooo fucking fed up with water it’s crazy.

I should probably try home-made tea with sweeteners. But it takes so long to maaaaaaaaaaake. Alright, I’ll stop whining.

Also please note that I did 200 situps last Sunday (and had 1180 calories) but Sunday is my off day so it’s technically not on record but I felt really badass. It also started getting harder to get through the situps as the week progressed because I started doing other exercises as well so I might have to up the dumbbell lunges and lower the situps or something cause I feel like the balance isn’t good. Lunges seem and feel more useful. 

Monday

  • 792 calories
  • either 175 or 150 situps, I forgot and I stopped announcing it on tumblr cause it’s no longer a big deal and I don’t plan to amp up the amount cause it’s pointless, I just gotta keep myself on this level

Tuesday

  • 680 calories (there was some gunk in my salad so I ended up eating a single piece of fried meat for lunch (without the skin) which is why I ate so little that day) (I also realised my favourite dinner is egg whites and apple, idk it just fills me up so good when I eat them together)
  • 175 situps

Wednesday

  • 665 calories (i ate twice before lunch then not that much at all until bed time)
  • i got my dumbbels on wednesday! so i did like 25 curls (and very careful lunges) AND even though you should assume I do at least 150 situps every day on Wednesday I did all 150 without stopping. before that I could only do 75 at one go but something possessed me on wednesday and i did all 150 i could barely stop giggling after 100 because of how easily it went, i was very pleased with myself 🙂

Thursday

  • 662 calories
  • 150 situps, 2 sets of 25 curls and 15 dumbbell lunges

Friday

  • 792 calories (tzatziki sauce is wanted for forcing itself on me and making me put nearly 8dkg of it on 20dkg salad i cAN EXPLAIN)
  • i havent done them yet but ill probably do the same thing i did on thursday, it seems to work alright

Saturday

  • 536 calories (i got up at like noon so breakfast doesnt count. also i havent eaten my eggs yet but im so not hungry ugh. i wanted to have some peach yoghurt but i cant muster the willpower to down it its so disgusting so ill just have a bread thing and two egg whites ok. imma eat more tomorrow, big promise)
  • same routine as before

I also want to look into probiotics. I’ve only fleetingly heard that they could be useful for diets so I’ll read more into it cause if it’s something that’s actually useful then imma want in on dat.

…not what i was looking for but okay I guess.

Ya good bitch is 87.3kg o/ Which means I lost either 1.4 or 1.9 depending on whether last week’s was 88.7 or 89.2 cause it showed both on multiple occasions and idk which one was correct.

That means I lost 6kg in 26 days. Y’ALL

i did all 150 situps without stopping o/ okay, okay i know, i knew going into situps that the most you can get out of doing situps regularly is for situps to get easier to do x) but im still proud of myself :3 i also got my dumbbells in the mail so i did some curls to warm up. the thing i read said fifteen is recommended for beginners so i did twenty-five because im cocky like that and the first five was like “hah! so easy, who could get tired of this?” and during the last five i had to clench my arsehole so hard it almost hurt x)

wow situps went way easier today. i did 200 on sunday (sssh) but i dont want to make that a habit cause OUCH so i did 150 yesterday but today i did 75 without stopping (i’ve only been able to do a 50-set in one go so far, and on august 10th i could barely do 25 altogether so id say thats pretty goooood) so i was like hMMMMmmm im a sztrong boy so i did 175 (i probably did more cause i was listening to mic drop and i was kinda singing along and i lost count a few times)

AND im on my period and i got the super plague again cause i was sitting next to a fan while being sweaty af (which im doing right now as well cause im in too much pain to get in the shower lol) so yay for me!

Week #2 of “Tia wants to be 65kg”

Monday

  • 1283 calories (because I ate pasta and regretted it greatly. I made up for it throughout the rest of the week though!)
  • 75 situps 75 squats

Tuesday

  • 900 calories (unfortunately I still haven’t found an alternative to water :/ all the “lite” stuff for my favourite sodas and fruit juices taste like crap so water it is :/)
  • 85 situps 100 squats

Wednesday

  • 800 calories (it’s so easy to eat little when all you eat is yoghurts. also peach yoghurt? i feel severely betrayed, it tastes like crap, i honestly rather eat raspberry yoghurts… yeah you heard me.)
  • 100 situps 100 squats

Thursday

  • 755 calories (soon i shan’t need nutrition at all!)
  • 101 situps 101 squats

Friday

  • 812 calories (i was bad and ate a croissant. it was really tasty.)
  • 125 situps and light workout for a good hour

Saturday

  • 628 calories (i drank some cola o_o and then i wasn’t hungry for dinner at all but i really don’t want to starve myself so i ate some egg whites and a yoghurt. to stay healthy!)
  • 150 situps 150 squats (im actually writing this before doing them but i have faith in myself.) (edit I actually did do them o/)

And with the exception of Monday (when I technically OD’d on carbs because pasta wants me dead) I managed to reach the minimal recommended daily protein intake AND stay below the maximum recommended daily carb and fat intake so yay!

And now…

the reveal…….

88.7 kg! I lost an additional 1.6kg compared to last week’s 90.3kg and 4.6kg in 19 days.
