aesthetically one of the most beautiful games i’ve ever seen and played, gorgeous mechanics, maneuvers like a dream the entire time
genuinely compelling gameplay, mixture of turn-based and live rpg elements so it’s fast-paced but you don’t feel lost or panicked, getting a hang of the controls is super easy, works well on potato computers like mine!! (turning the resolution down helps)
your boyfriend is a sword and your relationship with him made me believe in romance again
you get his nice ass voice talkin to you at all times but he’s not too sexy, like it’s just enough to feel fulfilling but not enough to be distracting?? he’s so good. i’ve cried like fifteen times over him
do you like great voice acting??? do you like robot boyfriends??? do you like “expected to be brooding and cold but is instead incredibly warm and soft-spoken and selfless and will follow u to the ends of the earth" personality types and personal verbal reassurances throughout your gameplay experience?????? then hoo boy is this the game FOR YOU
the soundtrack is SO GOOD. SO GOOD DUDE it’s like. prog rock crossed with 20′s vibes crossed with sci-fi atmospheric fast-paced tempos?? shit’s wild but sounds gorgeous
have i mentioned how great this game is on all sides??? how good it feels to play??? how it’s the first game ive wanted to finish in 5 years and isnt actually that long??
