I will say this though… on the second gif it legit looks like Ellie’s crying. And her hair is the same as it was in the first trailer. So this possibly happens before Joel finds her in that house when she plays the guitar, and after these evil people destroy what I assume is Tommy’s safe haven, killing everyone Ellie knows and loves.
