tiaplaysprey – Page 2 – Pass Through Fire

there’s a mission in prey where you find a bunch of survivors and you have to help them clear one part of the cargo bay and this woman tells you to go for a space walk to get the eradicator turret fabrication plan from somewhere, right.

but then i really didnt feel like going for a space walk so i literally just found three broken turrets on the level, fixed them, and fortified them and it counted! the whole time im like making myself a gloo staircase and trying very hard to carry the turrets up to the catwalk im just thinking “please let me break your game please let me break your game” and it did! nice!

me: finds tiniest enclosed area to sit and rock back and forth in until it goes away

my strategy for dealing with any typhon thats not the basic typhon is going into combat focus and melting it with the q beam until it explodes

me when watching other people play prey: aw this game is so cool, its really good you guys

there should be an achievement for what i just did in prey.

went to the main lift area from the arboretum, met the technopath, lovely creature.

realised i was literally out of EMP charges or any sort of bullet but didnt want to backtrack to the recycler and the thingmaker

so i literally beat it to death with my wrench

Gaming sites: Prey is an exploration game where you can avoid fighting big monsters head on in most cases, the wrench and GLOO gun will be your best friends
Me: *spends all my materials on crafting 9mm bullets of which I now have 300+, haven’t used the GLOO gun in thirteen years*

I love it when I have a bad encounter with an enemy and I go “my fucking dumb ass used all my ammo” and then the game goes “you fucking dumbass used all your ammo here’s some ammo” like thanks game :3

Camp NanoWriMo Day 04

Today I played Prey a lot o/

I’m reaching peak exhaustion so I’m not even in the mental state to do anything right now. In the morning I was legit thinking about skipping work because at 6:30 I finally felt like I could fall asleep but then I didn’t cause I don’t have enough days off. Or I do but I want to keep them all for December so no days off until December.

EITHER WAY once I get at least four hours of sleep it’s over for you hoes.
