My favorite part is how well-matched these two pairs are. Poe is sunshine and optimism and cheery hugs, and BB-8 is a friendly adorable basketball. Cassian is cynicism and angst and sniper rifles, and K2SO is a giant angular font of sarcasm. Even their color schemes match.

Or maybe we could not-talk about how he immediately registers her as safe – he focuses on her for a microsecond and immediately goes ‘that’s not the threat’ and moves on to turn to the backseats.
