“I
climbed up to her to try to snap her out of the shock,” Tanner said immediately.“Same,”
Kosma nodded. “Ma’am.”“Also
ma’am,” Tanner corrected himself.
Let’s be honest, this is all of us
You’re goddamned right.
“Didyaknow…”
Mark spoke with his face pressed into the wall. “There’s an urban legend going around that the Russians did a sleep experiment much like this on five political prisoners where
they were supposed to keep them awake for thirty days but instead they all went
crazy like two weeks in and started shitting on the windows and eating their
own intestines?”“Fascinating
story,” Kosma groaned. “Thank you for
sharing it with the class.”
“Juri,
breathing check.”
“Still
breathing.
“Tanner,
nail check.”
“Still
growing back.”
“Apparently
it takes six months for fingernails to grow back,” Mark noted. “Eighteen months
for toenails.”
“Please,
please don’t take off your toenails
as well.”
“I’ll
try.”
because i cant be arsed to write more background characters to make the story feel more alive ill just make it into a may-may that none of the main characters have any friends other than each other,
So… because the actual story (that I don’t know yet) actually comes after what I’m writing now, this is what is essentially the origin story of the characters, right? So all these scenes I’m writing feel like I’m writing fanfiction for something I’ll write in the future, like, small domestic scenes of the characters bonding and being cute (and sometimes angsty) with each other and if I push the panic of not knowing what the actual story is about aside then it’s actually quite refreshing ngl.
