If it’s for work or school I suggest you give accurate information because your mailing, your purchases, and your activity will be connected to your real life and you don’t want to confuse yourself and other people. You can set it here what you wish to share or not share though. I usually feel okay about sharing my name and my birthday because those aren’t enough to do any harm to you, I usually back out when they ask for my phone number or location, obviously (and you never give out your ID number or credit card number and whatnot, that’s obvious but you can never repeat it enough times).
