Nothing But Thieves – Excuse Me

So I just found my new favourite band on Wednesday. I went to my first gigs here in Warsaw and while before that I was looking forward to see Børns the most, Nothing But Thieves just blew my mind and made me forget about all the other bands (sorry) I’ve already seen on that day. Conor Mason’s voice is
undescribable, I could not believe the notes he sang but those were definitely real. So does the powerful, passionate performance they gave. I am speechless ever since and I’m glad that after missing them at last year’s (when they cancelled the gig minutes before it was supposed to happen due to Conor’s injury) and this year’s Sziget (when I was already in Warsaw) I could finally check their magic (about @pass-throughfire has been saying to me for such a long time – now I believe you my dear friend <3).

From all their amazing tracks “Excuse Me” is definitely one of strongest in my opinion (however, I’m very sad this wasn’t included in the setlist because this is definitely a “dat voice” moment). So have a listen and join the club.
