idk, even tho I’m the first to say that I HATE the Babies Ever After trope, and even more the babies being Dead Character Juniors, I’ve accepted that it’s gonna happen and I really do hope that Vex and Percy do name their first born daughter Elaina.

I think that would be a beautiful thing, for this low-born human woman, who had a one-time fuck with an Elf Lord or whatever who later showed up and took both her children from her, who likely doesn’t even have a proper grave, for her name to become part of Whitestone’s traditional names.  And for part of Vex’s history to be part of Whitestone forever.  Ten generations down the road, there could be a Lady Elaina the Third.
