can we all collectively agree to create more female characters who are

So when I say “X is Y” in 합쇼체 I say X은/는 Y입니다
So like 빵이 음식입니다.
Why don’t I say 빵이 음식은 입니다. Would that still be correct? Or would it be one of those things that’s technially correct but nobody says it and you’re a fool if you do. Like 사과이에요. Or is it like absolutely incorrect.
