A good indicator of my mental state is that I started picking up the plates and trash that has accumulated on my bed to take them out and grabbed my ice coffee bottle and felt that there was a little bit left in it and I almost cried x)

- i eat a fraction of the processed sugar i used to
- i mean it could be because my heart is fucked up as it is
- i ramble
- i watched craigs video where he and chyna cut added sugar for a month
- it does nothing to me
- my heartrate is already elevated but w/e
