let’s discuss why the scariest we ever see grog is during the workshop showdown with percival,
- grog being eerily polite when he initially goes to see percy, “may I come in?”, “can you shut the door?“. then he drops the “can you lock it?” and it’s like, oh shit.
- when percy wants to bring someone else down to talk about the skull and grog just steps closer to him and says “I think you only need me.” boy howdy, how intimidating is that.
- “i want that skull, I want it now“
- full on power-moving it by standing in front of the door and barring it.
- “let me see your sword” “you don’t wanna see the sword”
- “it wanted percy” “and I said ‘no.” “the hell you did”
- i know we all love a bit of juicy inner-party conflict but this sequence in particular was a masterpiece, grog had so many chilling lines and travis willingham is a goddamn genius
