Plus, I’m an English major who has been editing and critiquing for about two years now, and I do think that I’m quite good at it! My expertise lies in YA/NA, and in the fantasy and sci-fi genre. Beta Reading/Critique: $4 for 1k words
A general critique of your work! We’ll take care of plot holes, inconsistencies, and underdeveloped themes, characters, and concepts. We’ll also look at areas where we can improve your work!
Proofreading: $5 for 1k words
Proofing! We’ll look at grammar, spelling and other technical problems with your manuscript, including formatting.
Also includes light critiques!
Line Edits: $6 for 1k words
The nitty-gritty. We’re going to tackle style, word choices, and sentence structure. We’ll figure out which phrases sound clunky, which words would be better, and if this character really should be speaking like this.
