Please please please seek some advice from a professional for your diet, because eating this amount of callories and still sporting means your body will start to burn the things you don’t want it to burn which will hurt your diet in the long(er) run.. Not trying to be mean or difficult, just trying to help because this may seem to be going well for the first few weeks but it probably wont in the long run :(

(diet anon) also just as i sent the ask i realised ‘seek some professional help’ might also suggest that i think you have an eating disorder or something which i definitely dont! I just meant someone who knows about nutrition and dieting (dont know what the profession is called in english) ❤

Hey there! dont worry about it i know its pretty scary how little i seem to eat (also after getting a few messages about this i just now realised it must have been p jarring to see my “diet plan”) I don’t really have access to a dietican (had to google it x)) but I’m trying to read a lot about ways to do a very low calorie diet properly. my main goal right now is to get to at least 80-85kg before I slow down. i was 94kg when i started this and this isnt my first attempt at losing weight but ~normal 1200-1400 diets just dont seem to work with me since i slip into normal or even over-eating very easily.

im hoping that by doing a very low calorie diet i can get to a significant enough weight loss that wont be so easy to throw away. by then (in about two months which is when i hope ill get to ~80-85kg) ill have a better understanding of how much i can eat of what and itll be easier to keep the habit of eating less.

im sorry i got you worried i didnt mean to but i do appreciate your concern ♥♥ i promise ill try to be smart and not hurt myself ^^ ♥♥
