Next Post Please please please seek some advice from a professional for your diet, because eating this amount of callories and still sporting means your body will start to burn the things you don’t want it to burn which will hurt your diet in the long(er) run.. Not trying to be mean or difficult, just trying to help because this may seem to be going well for the first few weeks but it probably wont in the long run :(
